Teresa McKnight serves as the CEO of Regional Economic Development for Eastern Idaho (REDI), where she spearheads regional growth by partnering with business leaders, universities and civic organizations. Her strategic efforts focus on business retention and recruitment, workforce development through talent attraction and advancing research and entrepreneurial initiatives across the region.

Ms. McKnight holds an MBA from Utah Valley University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Utah State University. She lends her expertise to several influential boards, including the San Francisco Federal Reserve Bank Advisory Council, the Idaho Economic Development Association (IEDA) Board and the Zions Bank Advisory Board. Additionally, she serves as an advisor to various national organizations focused on business incubation and technology parks.
