MetroNational adds office tenants at 3 Memorial City buildings

MetroNational has signed up new tenants at three office properties in its Memorial City mixed-use development at Gessner and Interstate 10 in west Houston.

Brad MacDougall, MetroNational's director of office leasing, represented the Houston-based real estate investment, development and management firm in the leases.

BancorpSouth Bank moved into 5,095 square feet in 10100 Katy Freeway, a six-story office building north of Interstate 10, in September. The bank leased the space for a five-year term.

Mutual of Omaha Insurance Co. moved into 5,372 square feet in Three Memorial City Place, 840 Gessner, in September. Jay Kyle of Colliers International represented the tenant in the five-year lease.

Southland Title moved into Memorial City Place, 9821 Katy Freeway, in August. Randy Frnka of Great Southwest Realty Services represented the tenant in the three-year lease.

Memorial City includes office, retail, residential, hotel and hospital properties.
